In response to the restrictive credit environment and an out-of-favor real estate sector, ICF has developed relationships with various insurance companies, financial institutions and commercial real estate developers to facilitate funding needs, often from unconventional sources. Serving as a consultant, we expect to assist multiple projects in 2010 with senior debt financing totaling about $100 million.
